Our Smoked Jalapeno Country Bacon is hand-rubbed with Jalapeno Spice Blend. Our special blend of spices adds an incredible burst of jalapeno flavor. This bacon has a hint of spice but isn’t too hot or spicy – I would rate it as a mild salsa. Use this bacon to spice up any meal. Two 16-oz. packages.
Our bacon is the best! We start with hogs that are raised typically on farms in Kentucky. We select the very best bellies that meet our meticulous standards. We cut and cure each piece of meat by hand and build real hickory fires to smoke our meat, ensuring you get the best piece of bacon.
